The Registration Charges are inclusive of boarding and meals for the 3
days of the convention. |

Points to remember
|
|
| |
- No Refund of
Registration/part registration will be made under any circumstances.
|
- Transfer of paid
registration amount will be possible only to a single "NEW" registration
and
not to an existing one.
|
- Registration Downgrade
will not be possible. You can upgrade from dormitory to room but not the
other way around
|
- Each installment of Part
Registration can be done with a minimum of Rs 100 or 10% of total
registration amount, (whichever is greater).
|
- To Ensure Accomodation
please register by November 30, 2008
|
- One Child per family,
below 5 years of age may be registered free.
|
- Allotment of accommodation
at convention venue will be at the sole discretion of convention
registration sub-committee
